All pets must be current on their Rabies and Bordetella vaccines (Proof from the veterinarian required for ALL services)

We must wait 48 hours after any vaccine to groom your pet.

All Coupons are ONE per dog

All coupons have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24 hours or no show for your appointment you forfeit your coupon.

All appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there will be $10 fee for the first late cancellation and $20 fee for each late cancellation after.

Any pets left 2 hours or more after completion will be charged $5 per hour for day care.

Pets left after closing will be charged $20 for the first 30 minutes and a $100 overnight fee if left more than 30 minutes after closing.

If your pet has an emergency while in our care we will take them to Veterinary Hospital at owners expense (unless otherwise stated).

We do not take any pet that has been given any kind a sedation or calming medication.

We do not take pets with any kind of open wounds or sores.

We do not take any pets that are in heat, pregnant, or nursing.
